1. Installation steps of three-way threaded ball valve
1). Remove the protective caps on both sides of the three-way threaded ball valve, and rinse and clean when the valve is fully opened.
2). Before installation, the whole machine should be tested according to the specified signal (electric or pneumatic) (to prevent vibration from affecting the performance due to transportation), and the qualified rear line installation (wiring according to the electric actuator circuit diagram).
3). Before preparing to connect with the pipeline, flush and remove the remaining impurities in the pipeline (these substances may damage the valve seat and ball).
4). During the installation of the three-way threaded ball valve, please do not use the actuator part of the valve as a lifting point to avoid damage to the actuator and accessories.
5). The three-way threaded ball valve should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline.
6). The pipeline at the installation point must not sag or bear external forces. Pipe supports or supports can be used to eliminate the deviation of the pipeline.
7). After the three-way threaded ball valve is connected to the pipeline, please cross-lock the connecting bolts with the specified torque.

4). Points to note during valve acceptance. The first is to check the appearance quality and geometric dimensions, mainly on the valve body wall thickness, structural length, flange connection surface size, runner size, etc.; the second is to check the valve product certificate and quality certificate, and verify the valve body furnace number and product number Whether it is consistent with the actual product; the third is to check whether the valve opens and closes flexibly, and whether it is stuck.
